Fresh from our Wiltshire farm, our cottage cheese is a simple, creamy delight handmade in small batches using milk straight from our own Pedigree British Friesian herd.

Grazed on the traditional lush pastures of the Dauntsey Vale for up to 240 days a year, our cows produce exceptionally clean, rich milk — the perfect base for this classic fresh cheese. Gentle curds are formed and then lightly dressed with our own Brinkworth Dairy cream, adding that signature smooth, luxurious texture and mild, naturally fresh flavour with an extra touch of farm-fresh richness.

With no unnecessary additives, just pure dairy goodness from soil to spoon, it’s wonderfully versatile: enjoy it straight from the pot with fruit, swirl into salads, or use as a wholesome topping for toast or jacket potatoes.
