Here are some of the answers to our most frequently asked questions
  • How can I join your milkround?

    Join our milkround at www.brinkworthdairy.co.uk/milkround. We can also deliver other produce that we make on the farm at the same time. We currently deliver to locations including Upper Minety, Minety, Brinkworth, Grittenham, Dauntsey, Dauntsey Lock, Upper Seagry, Lea, Pink Lane, Cleverton, The Somerfords, Sir Bernard Lovell Road, Corston and Malmesbury. If you are not in this area, then we could look at extending our milkround for your location (especially if you think your neighbours might be interested).

  • Do you sell raw milk?

    It is all pasteurised (so safe for everybody).

  • Do you sell UHT?

    No

  • Where can I buy your ice cream from?

    You can buy at https://www.brinkworthdairy.co.uk/product-category/ice-cream/ and collect from here.

  • How can I buy your goods wholesale? Could you please send me some details with regards to opening an account and becoming a supplier?

    I will set you up with a special wholesale account on our website so that you can access our discounted prices. Contact ceri@brinkworthdairy.co.uk.

  • Can you help me to log into my milkround account?

    If you are on our milkround, and would like to change your order, you can log in at https://brinkworthdairy.live.vpsxl2.bookingandticketingsystems.info.

  • What is the shelf life of your products?

    The milk keeps for 8 days unopened and 3 days opened, it can also be frozen if you decant it into plastic bottles.

  • How can I get free delivery?

    Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

  • Do you have any jobs going?

    We are recruiting for a part-time milker at the moment. You would need to be happy with working weekends and early starts and be able to commute to Brinkworth. Apply at jobs@brinkworthdairy.co.uk or through indeed.co.uk.
