Ramps Hill – Alpine Style Cheese
Inspired by a love of Alpine cheeses and a little family story, Ramps Hill is a sweet, nutty cheese made specially for my son. When he visited a farm shop, he couldn’t stop eating Alpine-style cheese, so I decided to craft one just for him — and he absolutely loves it!
Named after Brinkworth’s own “Mount Blanc”, Ramps Hill is a creamy, flavourful cheese that’s perfect on its own, on a cheeseboard, or melted into dishes. It’s also close to my heart — it’s where Chad proposed, and he gave me a 700-litre stainless steel cheesemaking vat as an engagement gift! 🧀❤️
