Chaddar

Chaddar is our farmhouse cheese made in a traditional Cheddar-style, crafted here at Brinkworth Dairy using milk from our closed Friesian herd. It is slowly matured to develop a balanced, savoury flavour with gentle acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

Made in honour of my husband, Chad, this cheese reflects the values we share: patience, integrity, and respect for traditional cheesemaking. Chaddar is versatile and dependable — equally at home on a cheeseboard, in cooking, or simply eaten as it is.
